The Epiphany of Our Lord
Join us Tuesday, January 6th at 7:00 PM for Divine Service with the Sacrament of the Altar.
The season of Christmas culminates in the Feast of the Epiphany, where we celebrate the "showing forth" of Jesus Christ to the world. As the Magi followed the star to find the newborn King, we too gather to behold the Light of the World who has come to scatter the darkness. In the LCMS tradition, Epiphany marks a pivot from the humble manger to the global mission of Christ, revealing Him not just as the King of Israel, but as the Savior for all people and all nations. Through Word and Sacrament, we invite you to join us as we reflect on the mysterious wisdom of God and the grace that has appeared to all mankind.

After 8 1/2 years of faithful service to St. Timothy, Pastor Sutton has retired from full time ministry. St. Timothy is now working through the Call process with our district staff to find next pastor the Lord has for us.
In the interim we are supported by two Pastors from our congregation who will lead Divine Service on three Sundays each month. On the other Sundays we will have an Elder-led Matins or Vespers service.

Sunday School and Bible Study
Sunday morning adult Bible class is “Be Prepared to Answer” and focuses on what is talked about in 1 Peter 3:15-16.
“but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense (apologia) to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect, having a good conscience, so that, when you are slandered, those who revile your good behavior in Christ may be put to shame.”
This is called Christian apologetics, which can expose weaknesses in the foundations upon which unbelievers build their lives, and which can strengthen Christians by undermining the enemy’s assaults on their faith.
We look forward to seeing you there!
